You can easily register with our dental practice via our registration form.

After we receive your registration form, you will receive a confirmation of your registration at the email address provided. We will also contact you by phone as soon as possible to schedule a first appointment.

We kindly ask you to bring a valid ID document and your insurance card to your first visit.

If you previously had another dentist, we ask you to bring the X-rays and records from your previous dentist to your first appointment. You can also email these records to info@dentaline.nl.

If you take medication, we also ask you to request an up-to-date medication list from your GP or pharmacy.

First visit

What can you expect?

During your first appointment we get to know you and discuss your wishes, any complaints and your medical background. We carry out an oral examination and, if necessary, take X-rays to get a complete picture of your teeth.

What should you bring?

A valid ID document, your health insurance details and an up-to-date medication list (if you take medication).

Personal treatment plan

After the intake you will receive a clear explanation of our findings and, if treatment is needed, a personal treatment plan with an overview of the process and the expected costs.
